Ritorno in me come Ulisse viaggia verso la sua Itaca e prendo in mano un fascio di rose allo stesso modo in cui una formica raccoglie affamata la sua briciola. Risplende allora quel piccolo arbusto dai rizomi così sottili. Un triste abbraccio diventa così teneramente vivo. DITA MOZZATE
Ingredienti wurstel, semi di zucca (o mandorle), ketchup
Preparazione Prendete dei wurstel e tagliateli a metà nel senso delle lunghezza. Cuoceteli e poi infilate un seme di zucca per ogni parte del wurstel in modo che sembri un unghia. Mettete del ketchup nel piatto ed adagetevi sopra i wurstel.
